Vic Buscaino brings 25 years of building experience to Arthur Rutenberg Homes as the franchisee and president of Plantation Housing Corp., an independently owned and operated franchise. Formerly an executive for a national building company, Vic built thousands of homes ranging from $200,000 to the multi-million-dollar variety. A certified general contractor, Vic currently serves on the Board of Directors of the local Home Builders Association. Also on the board of Rotary club sunrise in Fernandina Beach. He and his wife moved to Amelia Island in 1998. Vic is an avid golfer and builds in all the finest communities -- and anywhere else you want to live -- in Nassau County, Florida or Camden County, Georgia.
