For Chuck Lattif, custom home building has been a life long passion. He began his career working for three of the largest home building companies in the United States: NVR, Weyerhaeuser and Pulte. In 1995, he started a custom home building company where large, one of a kind, highly customized homes were built primarily in Delaware and the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA.

For his home building expertise and community service, Chuck has been recognized numerous times by his industry peers and local governments. Among many awards he has received, is the Best Custom Home under 6,000 square feet by the Main Line Builder's Association in Pennsylvania. He has served as Chairman of the Historical Architectural Review Board in Ardmore, PA and as President of the Chester and Delaware County Home Builder Association in Pennsylvania. Chuck also has the distinction of building Vice President Joseph R. Biden's home in Greenville, Delaware.

Chuck knew of and respected the man behind the Arthur Rutenberg Homes name. As a natural progression in his home building career and after several visits to beautiful Charleston, SC, where he decided to relocate, Chuck is proud to announce the opening of Coastal Premier Homes, LLC, an independently-owned Arthur Rutenberg Homes franchise.
