Historic Opportunity, The Hamptons North Carolina
The Hamptons, developed by Windjam Development Group, is an exceptional 182-acre luxury community. Home to sweeping mountain vistas and tumbling meadows, The Hamptons features a very limited number of lots, ranging in size from 1 to over 6 acres. Each lot has its own natural characteristics, from basement lots with gentle rolling topography to heavily wooded lots with stream frontage to homesites with open pastoral views.
Located around the corner from Fearrington Village and minutes from Jordan Lake, The Hamptons is also close to downtown Chapel Hill and is convenient to the Raleigh, North Carolina metropolitan area, which is consistently named among the top places to live in the United States.
Situated in Chatham County, The Hamptons provides Chapel Hill and South Raleigh luxury estate living with low County Taxes and no City Taxes!
Feel free to visit the Triangle's number one luxury green certified model home. The Hamptons is the only remaining true custom builder community in the area. Each home is a unique custom design that creates a one of a kind street scape. We look forward to seeing you soon and enjoy touring the website.
