Bruce Pasquarella – Founder & President – American Eagle Builders
Founder & President Bruce Pasquarella is a Clemson graduate with over 29 years experience in construction both as a tradesman and as a project manager for multimillion dollar commercial & residential projects. After many years of serving in various roles on the Board of Directors for the Home Builders Association of Greenville, SC, Bruce was named President for the 2009 term.
Ask Bruce Pasquarella what distinguishes American Eagle Builders from other high-end custom home builders across Upstate SC, and he doesn’t hesitate – “I’m a hands-on builder,” the Pennsylvania native says. “Our project management team is at the job site each and every day. Matthew Bostick – Purchasing Manager
Matthew Bostick is a 1998 Construction Science graduate of Clemson University with 12+ years of experience in commercial and residential construction. At Arthur Rutenburg, Matthew will serve in the role of Purchasing Manager and is responsible for purchasing and estimating. Prior to working with Arthur Rutenburg Homes, Matthew served as the Estimator for Sulaskui & Tinsley in Asheville, NC. He is also a BPI certified Building Analyst, having worked to help clients improve their home’s energy efficiency, comfort, and safety.
Matthew is married to the former Angela Clark and they have a 5 year old daughter, Maddie. He is a member of St. Michael Lutheran Church and enjoys spending time with his family and going to Clemson football games in the fall.

Nichole Moore – Sales Consultant
Nichole Moore brings 13 years of professional experience in Communications to Arthur Rutenberg Homes. A Pennsylvania native, Nichole earned a Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies and a Master of Arts in Organizational Communications from Duquesne University. Nichole is a Realtor® licensed in South Carolina and North Carolina.
Nichole is married to Greenville native, Cary Moore. They are members of Greenville First Presbyterian Church and have three children—Jonah, Ayden, and Beckett.

Calum MacKenzie – Sales Consultant
Calum uses his more than 20 years of real estate, sales, and customer service experience to assist clients in building their custom home. He is committed to providing clients with the information they need when selecting a custom home builder and making the process easy to understand. Calum holds a Masters degree in Economics, as well as his Masters in Business Administration.
Calum and his wife, Kathleen, have three children, two grandchildren, and when they’re not spending time with their family, you’ll find them out hiking in the foothills of the Upstate.

Becky Dominey – Sales Assistant
Becky is a native of South Carolina and attended Clemson University earning a degree in Industrial Psychology and Communications. Growing up the daughter of a home builder, Becky understands the process of building a quality home. While living in Nashville, TN for 18 years, Becky successfully owned a Home Staging and Redesign business, but returned to South Carolina to be closer to family.
Becky and her husband, Brian, have two sons, Juston and Nathan. Brian and Becky are avid board gamers and antique shoppers, and love exploring the upstate and the mountains of North Carolina.

Bettie Presley – Office & Accounting Manager
No stranger to construction Bettie has been working with contractors for most of her working career. In addition she has hands on experience remodeling and designing her own homes. Including moving a home from an adjoining lot and attaching to their existing house. A challenge for sure but great memories says Bettie. Both Bettie and her husband are natives of Asheville and were high school sweethearts. They have 2 sons. At the birth of their triplet grandsons, they doubled the size of their number of grands to six!

Andy Roberson – Project Manager
Andy holds a degree in Architectural Engineering from Midlands Technical College and started building homes in Charlotte and the North Carolina coast. He spent the next thirteen years with commercial construction but wanted to return to residential construction. Since then, Andy has been building high-end luxury homes in Greenville, The Cliffs and surrounding areas.
Andy’s wife, Pam, works at Furman and they have made their home in Greenville for 22 years. Andy keeps busy outdoors backpacking, mountain biking, and rock climbing. He enjoys photography, motorcycling, and watching his three daughters play soccer.

Brandon Eich – Project Manager
Brandon Eich is a 4th generation contractor with 25 years professional experience in the building industry. The early years of his professional career involved managing and self performing construction projects ; growing to become the 3rd largest Custom Builder in the Upstate of South Carolina, based on gross sales, in the mid-2000’s.
Today Brandon is a Project Manager with Arthur Rutenberg Homes—where his experience running a large custom home building company and his understanding of the high end custom home market in South Carolina fulfill his passion for high quality construction and his commitment to exceeding client expectations.

Ben Howard – Project Manager
Ben studied Business Management at Greenville Tech and Southern Wesleyan University and built his first persona home back in 2000 and realized building was his passion. He built several more personal homes and owned a custom home building business for six years. He has spend the last 20 years in residential construction ranging from sales to building production and custom homes.
Ben stays active doing CrossFit, hunting and fishing. Ben and his wife, Jenny, have two children and enjoy spending time with his family and watching their kids play volleyball, baseball and lacrosse.

Roxanne Kowalski – Assistant Project Manager
Roxanne has over 20 years experience in the residential real estate industry specializing in residential development and new construction. After relocating to Greenville in 1999 from central New York, Roxanne worked for The Cliffs Communities as a Closing Coordinator and watched it grow from three communities to the existing seven. Recently, Roxanne worked for two local builders, Virani Custom Homes and Fairview Builders as Office Manager and Project Controller.
Roxanne has two sons with her husband, Steve, and loves to spend time with her family. She loves to travel, be outdoors and enjoys a good glass of red wine.

Brandon Daly – Construction Manager
Brandon has a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Georgia Southern University. He has worked with Design to Build as a Superintendent and as a Construction Manager with Samuel Taylors Homes. In 2012, Brandon started a contracting company and was a successful business owner for 4 years before joining our team.
When not keeping up with job sites and construction schedules, Brandon enjoys hiking, biking, hunting and fishing.

Brad Wolthius – Construction Manager
Brad was raised in Michigan but fell in love with the Upstate while attending Clemson University earning a Construction Science and Management degree. Brad was self-employed for over 20 years building houses in Lexington and then remodeling homes in Clemson.
Brad attends Clemson Presbyterian Church with his wife, Cindy, and his three children. When he is not cheering on his Clemson Tigers, he can be found enjoying skiing, hiking and camping in the mountains of North Carolina and Georgia.
