Croasdaile Farm - Durham, NC

A sense of history, a rural setting and a convenient location the CROASDAILE FARM RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY in northern Durham offers the best of all three. Set on 1500 acres of lush forest and grassy meadows, Croasdaile Farm was originally one of Durham's most prosperous working farms. Spacious home sites in Croasdaile Farm range in size from less than one acre to more than two acres. Custom-building allows the discriminating buyer to create a unique and personal home, while a clear set of established standards ensures that the integrity of the community's residential atmosphere will be maintained.
