Welcome to our new fully-furnished Arthur Rutenberg model in Myrtle Beach the "Coquina 1383." This model offers a spacious and open floor plan with a Mediterranean exterior that compliments the community.

The Coquina is striking from the outside and even more beautiful on the inside. Immediately noticeable is the panoramic view upon entering the double entry front door into the foyer.
