Bobby Lyons and Lori Garton bring a wealth of homebuilding success and industry knowledge to Lyons Heritage Pasco, LLC, an independently owned and operated franchise building company. Bobby has long been associated with the Arthur Rutenberg name, beginning his career in the building business in 1968 upon graduation from the University of Florida. He became the first Arthur Rutenberg Homes franchisee and has been building in Tampa since 1980. He owns two other ARH franchises. Lori has been with ARH for more than 20 years, bringing in-depth knowledge of the homebuilding process and a longtime commitment to her customers. She has served the company in many management positions over the years, including Vice President of Finance and Administration and President of ARH Interiors. Lori makes her home in Pasco County.
