As owners of Florida Heartland Homes, Inc., Michael and Janet Webb bring a wealth of experience and commitment to Arthur Rutenberg Homes, Inc. Based in Highlands County, Florida Heartland Homes, Inc. will also be serving Hardee, Okeechobee, Glades and DeSoto Counties. Michael, Building Company President, brings thirty-three years of experience in real estate sales, investment and development from New York, Virginia, and Florida. Michael attended Adelphi University in New York. He has wide-ranging experience in the building industry. In addition to building for customers, Michael built, owned, and managed 15 rental properties close to the University of Virginia. He has also developed land from a responsible perspective, creating large estate lots and preserving the land's natural beauty. A native Virginian, he was very active in community service in Charlottesville, Virginia as a volunteer and supporter for the Albemarle County Police Department and the Charlottesville Police Department. In addition, for more than twenty years, he tandem instructed Dale Carnegie Courses through Wray Powell & Associates, Richmond Virginia.

Janet Webb, a graduate of the University of Virginia, earned a Master of Education Degree in English Education and taught college-level English courses before collaborating with Michael in real estate ventures. Janet grew up in her parents' real estate firm in Forest Hills, New York, and is a real estate broker in Florida and Virginia. Janet's expertise in accounting, management, real estate investments and sales will serve her well as General Manager of Florida Heartland Homes, Inc.

Michael Scheipsmeier, RCS, Vice President of Construction, received his B.S. Degree in Building Construction Management from the University of North Florida in 2002. Michael has operated his own company, MS Builders, Inc. in Wauchula since 2005.

Christopher Linck joins the Florida Heartland Homes team as Purchasing Manager. His background in construction and computer technology, along with his determination and willingness to tackle any project make him an excellent choice for this position.

Florida Heartland Homes' sales team consists of Holli Linck, Michael McIntyre, Michael Scheipsmeier, Janet and Michael Webb. Holli, Mike and Janet Webb's daughter, has an excellent understanding of the real estate industry with both parents and maternal grandparents owning real estate companies. She obtained her real estate license in Florida in 2005. Holli is well versed in financing, marketing and real estate investment. Michael McIntyre worked for a fortune 500 company before joining the Florida Heartland Homes sales team. Michael has been a Realtor since 2006. His experience in marketing translates well into this new profession.
