25 Jun Arthur Rutenberg Homes Announces 2013 Pride in Partnership Winners
The 22nd annual Arthur Rutenberg Homes Pride In Partnership awards dinner was held on June 18th at the Hilton Carillon Park in St. Petersburg. Awards were presented to ARH franchisees and vendor partners who exhibited noteworthy performances during the past year.
Franchisee Dale Kinsell was named the 2013 Builder of the Year. Dale was honored for operating the best overall franchise and setting high standards of excellence in marketing, financial management, customer satisfaction, construction quality and contribution to the strength and quality of the Arthur Rutenberg Homes franchise system.
Barry Rutenberg presented the Chairman’s Award to Derek Nelson. The Chairman’s Award is an award given in order to recognize special achievement and is not awarded every year. Derek was honored for his consistent support of the growth of the ARH Franchise System. He has welcomed franchise candidates to his company and spent generous amounts of personal time explaining the benefits of the ARH Franchise with great success.
The Builder Gold Cup Award went to Jim Sanders and Larry Sandles of SandStar Homes for the second year in a row. The Builder Gold Cup is awarded to the franchise with the highest customer satisfaction rating this past year based on customer surveys. It recognizes outstanding performance in critical success factors, including service promptness, courtesy of staff, quality control, and the addressing of customers’ concerns – all as rated by its customers. SandStar Homes scored 99% in overall satisfaction and 100% of those respondents would recommend them.
The Best Model Award was presented to Nelson Homes for the Marbella model located in The Lake Club at Lakewood Ranch.
The Best Model Interior Designer this year is Angie Thomas for her outstanding work on the Bermuda model at Palencia in Ponte Vedra.
