The Sedona II 1417B model showcases lakefront luxury in Miromar Lakes, FL. Refined sophistication and resort-style relaxation keynote this luxury home in the Miromar Lakes Beach and Golf Club, a distinctive community surrounded by 700 acres of freshwater lakes. The community features a Beach Club with resort-style swimming pool, full service marina, fitness center, learning center, tennis courts and concierge services. This home features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a 3-car garage. The popular open floor plan concept offers a great room with 12-foot ceilings and 10-foot glass doors. The spectacular lanai in this home is the perfect place for family dinners and entertaining.
To learn more about the Sedona II model, we sat down with AR Homes Designer, Angie Thomas.
What is your favorite aspect of this project?
The kitchen is my favorite element in this home. The waterfall edge on the large island looks so sleek and the direction the kitchen is situated, facing out to the lanai, works fantastic in this layout.
The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, white quartz counter tops and espresso-stain cabinetry from Kitchen Craft.
What distinguishes this model from other projects you have worked on?
This model caters to a high-end second home market that has a discerning taste and high expectation for a high-end style. I have been working with Miromar Lakes residences for years and have a sense of the expectation of sophistication they want.
The Sedona II model is elegant, luxurious and timeless.
Where did you get your design inspiration for this home?
I was inspired by the timeless coastal colors of navy and white with a classic modern design that would still remain timeless. The color scheme and modern coastal design made this project fun to work on.
