Building Company President Curtis Simon brings over thirteen years of residential construction experience to Louisville Custom Homes. Vast experience within all facets of residential construction have afforded Curtis the opportunity to identify and implement the necessary disciplines to flourish in the homebuilding industry. With a positive attitude, strong worth ethic, calm demeanor and ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders and trade partners, Curtis garners a pleasant work environment and satisfied homeowners.
Curtis previously served as Director of Construction for Centerplan Communities after spending over a decade with Toll Brothers, a large-production, luxury-home builder, where he successfully completed over 250 single-family homes. Curtis’ responsibilities have included personnel management, project deadlines, procurement, and complete construction oversight and logistics for both single-family and multi-family communities. Curtis, a Bowling Green State University alum, enjoys volunteering with various charitable organizations including Habitat for Humanity, AmeriCares, Special Olympics and North American Thrombosis Forum.
