Jim Sanders brings more than 40 years of homebuilding experience and success to SandStar Homes, an independently owned and operated franchise of Arthur Rutenberg Homes. Jim, the Franchisee and Building Company President, is well known for creating timeless waterfront homes and for delivering a remarkable building experience to all of his Charlotte County and South Sarasota customers. His Punta Gorda-based team of building professionals is dedicated to meticulous detail and sensitive to each homebuyer’s unique tastes, needs and lifestyle. His homes have won numerous awards and are recognized throughout the area for their high quality. Before forming SandStar Custom Homes in 1991, Jim founded Five Star General Contracting, Inc. in Southwest Florida.
