Skills Training Gap Among Employees Revealed

Employers have revealed that the skills shortage among millennials in its highest since the early 1990’s – that consistently finding good employable candidates these days is hard to find.  A variant change in workers seeking alternative industries, and the shift from more traditional roles into new sectors is being fueled at an alarming rate – meaning that the stayers are more likely to have increased duties and responsibilities, and therefore bigger opportunities for promotion and growth within the company.
