Welcome to our new fully-furnished Arthur Rutenberg Homes model in Pensacola, Florida, "The Coquina 1226." This coastal-themed model offers clean lines with a spacious and open floor plan.

The Coquina has multiple breathtaking features. Immediately noticeable is the view upon entering the front door. The open floor plan allows a spectacular panoramic view of the pool and spa as well as the hardwood forest beyond. The great-room design features a glass wall with 8' tall and 16' wide stacking sliding glass doors, bringing the outdoors in with an open and airy feeling.

The huge gourmet kitchen features a 5' x 9' granite-topped center island with plenty of seating. This kitchen has GE Monogram stainless steel appliances, including a separate wine/beverage mini-fridge, a large walk-in pantry with wood shelving, a multitude of custom wood cabinetry featuring soft close cabinet doors and drawers. The granite countertops are complimented by a decorative glass tile back splash. The breakfast nook features a beautiful large storefront window overlooking the pool and is roomy enough for family dining while still being cozy enough for an intimate dinner for two.

The screened lanai features an outdoor kitchen complete with a high-end gas grill, granite-topped counter space, a wet bar and a fire pit. All this next to the soothing pool with a sun shelf and spillover spa.
